About Processing Times

The processing time (the "usually processed within" time listed on the product page) is the time required to process and package your item. It does not include the transit time of a package. Processing times are based on several factors, including how long it takes to obtain the item. Items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will typically require additional time to process, whereas items in stock at our warehouse will be available for faster processing.

Items that are custom decorated (vinyl heat press, embroidery, engraving, tackle twill, braiding, and screen printing) require more time to prepare before they are ready for shipment. Please allow an extra 3 to 5 business days for vinyl heat press, 3 business days for embroidery, 3 to 5 business days for engraving, 3 to 7 business days for tackle twill, and 3 to 5 business days for braiding. For screen printing please call 1-888-269-2440 for lead time.

Orders containing larger quantities of items can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you. In addition, the processing time is affected by other items in your shopping cart. For instance, if you add one item that typically takes 24 hours to ship, and another item that requires 3 days to process, your entire order may require the longer of the two processing times.

The Performathane® soft shell forms to you, allowing your ankle to move in all the natural ways while helping to prevent any excessive movement that may cause an injury. The Ultra Zoom is on your ankle in seconds, protects continuously for hours and lasts for multiple seasons.

Athletes who dislike the old style corset lace-up (tie-up) style supports that restrict ankle range of motion and lose support rapidly.
Individuals who require slightly more ankle support for their day-to-day activities.

Recommended: Low-top sneakers that have a traditional tongue and laces where you can loosen the laces enough to fit the brace in the shoe.

Not Recommended: Sneakers that have a sleeve or collar design that limit the opening of the shoe. Due to their limiting design, it is very difficult to insert any ankle braces in these shoes.

Not Recommended: Tall boots or sandals.
