Operation:
The Electronic Two Digit Display is controlled using the on-board keypad.
There are two modes of operation: LAPS and DISPLAY.
To change modes, just press the corresponding button on the keypad.
CLEAR will reset the display, but it will stay in the same mode.

LAPS Mode:
Press numbers to change the display.
Press the "+" or "-" buttons increase or decrease the current value by
one.
The "." button has no affect.

DISPLAY Mode:
Press numbers to change the display.
Press the "+" or "-" buttons to toggle the "+" and "-" symbols on and off.
Press the "." button to toggle the "." on and off.
The brightness button toggles the LEDs through three brightness levels
